Mold in the Kitchen Ceiling

The owner of an Outer Banks Condo kept finding mold spores in crevasses throughout the kitchen.  After an inspection and testing, SERVPRO found the mold source in the ceiling and around the tops of the cabinets.

The SERVPRO remediation involved the containment of the kitchen area and the use of air scrubbers and dehumidifiers.  This equipment helps to reduce the spreading of the mold spores by eliminating the humidity in the room.
