Ceiling Collapse in Elizabeth City/Outer Banks

You can see that immediate demolition and restoration action upon arrival needed to occur after this homeowner's ceiling collapsed from an attic water pipe leak. 

SERVPRO Technicians removed and discarded the wet insulation and water damaged drywall.  The attic leak was fixed so that the cleaning and drying process could begin.

The poly sheeting isolates the treated crawlspace after the dehumidifiers are removed and a light fogging of an antimicrobial agent is applied.  The damaged kitchen area is now clean, secure, and poses no health risks.
