Flooded Office Building in Norfolk
This flooded office building in Norfolk was caused by a bathroom water pipe that had burst over a weekend and over 7000 sq. ft. of office space was damaged by the spewing water.
The property manager called our office first thing Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. Our crews were out to the property by 8:30 a.m. to begin the water damage mitigation. Notice the piece of equipment in the before photo that our technician is operating. This is one of our Rover Extractors that maximizes water removal to accelerate the drying process.
The property manager appreciated our quick response time and our ability to handle the large commercial flooding. The property manager's tenants were able to continue to work in the building throughout the water damage mitigation process.
